10xDS streamlined the Block Unblock process of a leading Bank in Bahrain enabling them to comply with the strict SLA adherence requirements from the Central Bank. The process is an ideal candidate for automation due to its high volume, strict adherence to SLA set by CBB, highly definable and standardized process, and the requirement of a large number of personnel for complying to CBB standards. The process was successfully automated taking into account all the nine different business scenarios that existed.
