10xDS develops Virtual Assistants to streamline visitor management in Organizations
10xDS developed virtual Visitor Assistant (chatbot) to interact with visitors coming to an organization. The chatbot helps visitors to schedule a meeting with an employee by filling required information such as name, an email, whom he or she wishes to visit, purpose, meeting date and time, etc. Upon receiving all the required information from the visitor, the chatbot sends an email to the employee seeking confirmation on the meeting and a time schedule. The email contains all the relevant information about the meeting and the employee can click on an embedded URL to either confirm or reject the meeting. After the employee confirms the meeting schedule, an auto-email will be sent with a “QR Code” to the visitor. Visitors can use this “QR Code” on the meeting day at the company reception for hassle-free entry. In case of rejection, the bot asks the employee to state the reason and an auto email will be sent to the visitor stating the reason for the rejection.
