10xDS automated Fund management process for a company that provides clearing, settlement; depository services to all securities, and derivatives traded in Stock Exchanges. Manual process involved accessing various reports for checking and highlighting the funds exceeding the percentage limit of the securities for a single source’ Bylaws.

10xDS helped automating the Cost estimation, Satellite image download and Velocity model building processes for leading petroleum exploration company Cost Estimation Automation helps to extract details of historical purchases using the SAP ID for a project, to arrive at a cost estimate for the required materials and ultimately derive the expected total budget for a project. The solution increased efficiency in data collection, analysis and calculation, reducing 50 hours per month and 99% SAP inquiry requests are now handled by the bot.
10xDS developed RPA Solutions to automate the remittance process and Online Money Transfer transaction releasing processes for a leading financial services company. Manual process of consolidation of Remittance transactions into bank-wise files after verification before transmitting from the client’s IT department was automated.

10xDS developed an automated solution for streamlining SFDA process for shipping of manufactured food and drugs to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by leveraging 10xDS Intelligent Automation and RPA CoE. Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has a strict and mandatory approval process for all manufactured food products and drugs entering Saudi Arabia. 10xDS automation solution enables the software bots to access the SFDA website to provide the requisite information from the invoice upon receipt.
10xDS automated a process for processing order details in SAP from the Salesforce applications for a leading food products company. The company sales agents update the orders taken for their respective SKUs in the Salesforce application and the processing team process the order details in SAP. This was manual and performed in periodic intervals. Unfortunately, this was resulting in late order entry in the SAP, increasing delays in order fulfilment.
10xDS developed virtual assistant (chatbot) to carry out tasks such as check-in, check out, make reservations, and even ask for local restaurant recommendations round the clock with zero downtime. Hotel Chatbot’s search feature helps users to find hotels and restaurants in various locations of their choice. Users can interact with the bot in a natural language and the chatbot responds with the available hotel’s list. Later the user can click on “view details” to know more about the hotel and its facilities and book a preferred room based on availability.
10xDS team has successfully helped a leading Islamic Retail bank automate Block/ Unblock account process to deliver maximum value adhering to deadlines imposed by Central Bank for non-compliance. The solution was designed to enable end to end automation with no human intervention required. The bot downloads excel report from the Central Bank website and processes it in the Core Banking System and reports back to the Central Bank website.
10xDS developed virtual Visitor Assistant (chatbot) to interact with visitors coming to an organization. The chatbot helps visitors to schedule a meeting with an employee by filling required information such as name, an email, whom he or she wishes to visit, purpose, meeting date and time, etc. Upon receiving all the required information from the visitor, the chatbot sends an email to the employee seeking confirmation on the meeting and a time schedule.
10xDS automated a process for creation of Purchase Order (PO) in SAP using information such as RFQ number, PR number etc. gathered from the email confirmations. The software bot creates the PO in SAP and follows up for authorization.
The client, a major private sector bank in South India, faced the challenge of increased processing time for instant card activations, taking more than 24 hours. The client was looking for opportunities to improve its process and Robotic Process Automation supported the goals of a non-invasive process to increase efficiency and reduce processing time. 10xDS holistically assessed the needs of the Bank and developed and deployed a robotized process to streamline and transform the process.
10xDS developed an automated solution for employer to delegate business activities to available employees in the office to ensure business continuity for a leading O&G company in Kuwait. The solution transformed the process of assigning delegates in multiple applications for employees on leaves. Upon leave update through chatbot and approval, RPA BOTs review the leave request in Oracle HR module and update the delegates in various core business applications based on delegation rules.
