10xDS launched “NXSecure” a fully integrated comprehensive cyber security transformation program followed by managed cybersecurity services. The NXSecure approach involves a detailed independent review of existing cyber security practices, processes, and tools along with fit for purpose review. Then there is identification and document security control requirement for “new norm of working model” and looking at the shift in strategy for post Covid19 operations.
10xDS helped a leading Indian insurance firm providing vehicle and medical insurances to implement an Intelligent Document Processing solution. The solution enabled reading large volume of transactions from the Estimates and Invoices submitted by dealers as part of claims process and further push the data to downstream application making it more efficient with minimal human interaction.
10xDS has launched a robust framework for API Security testing. An Application Programming Interface (API) is a set of clearly defined methods of communication between various software components. Enterprises use APIs to connect services and to transfer data. Exposed APIs are one of the main reasons behind major data breaches. When there is a vulnerability in an API, it affects every application that relies on that API; this is an enterprise-wide impact. It also impacts the external organizations that use these APIs. Since APIs provide the easiest access point for accessing sensitive data, organizations must ensure that APIs are safe.
10xDS successfully delivered an automated solution to help a multinational mid and downstream oil company streamline their Stock Reporting and Valuation Process for 11 entities of the company. The project scope was to automate Stock related reports that are both predefined as well as those which vary on a daily basis. These reports helped the Business teams to evaluate the stock and inventory reports with respect to location, supply, and transit. BOT performs the data massaging of input data and generate various output reports.
10xDS implemented an automated solution to verify the documents submitted by customers to avail loans and to process the loan application for a well-known Small Finance Bank in India. Manual validation was error-prone and time-consuming and this lengthy loan processing duration resulted in dissatisfaction from customers. This was also subject to biases from the agent which may result in noncompliance to KYC and fraud. With the automated process, BOT logs in to the loan application portal and reads required details for loan application – Personal details, Address, Nominee Details etc. BOT accesses the supporting documents attached – Customer photo, Signature, Aadhar card, Second ID – PAN / Voter’s ID, Nominee ID and others.
10xDS has launched an Intelligent Document Processing eco system which includes many technological components like Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Machine Learning (ML) and Human in the Loop (HITL). Any digital transformation initiative can only be termed successful if the organization is able to tame their documents and convert them to data that can be further used for processing.

10xDS successfully delivered an automated solution to help a multinational mid and downstream oil company streamline their Accounts Receivables reconciliation process. The project was executed in two phases to reconcile the receivables from customers for the seven entities of the company with accounts in 16 banks. With automation, the BOT downloads bank statements from the online banking websites and updates the details in a consolidated file template which is accessible for the AR team.
10xDS developed an automated solution for performing the quality acceptance check before honouring SIM card requests from customers of a telecom company. The process was repetitive and time-consuming. The automated solution helped bringing down the turnaround time and increased operational efficiency as BOT completed the process five times faster than an employee.
10xDS launched a comprehensive RPA tool upgrade service offering for organizations to systematically upgrade to newer versions of RPA tools. Organizations may require tool upgrade for various reasons such as end of support for current version by RPA provider, Compatibility issues arising due to change in environment, moving from on-premise to Cloud infrastructure or to a new OS, among others. As part of the offering, 10xDS consultants conduct Tool Agnostic Review to assess the impact of upgrade on business, effort, and cost. The technical team then conducts Tool Specific Review to assess the complexity of the upgrade. Business, IT-Infra and Technical team collaborates to build an upgrade strategy tailored to the needs of the organization.

10xDS developed Intelligent Digital Assistants (IDAs) to assist the patients in booking appointments with physicians and the hospital front-office staff in managing influx of patients. IDAs act as the primary layer of interaction with the patients. The solution addresses the challenges faced by the hospitals around the world in managing the overwhelming number of patients interacting with the hospital front office staff, understanding the needs of the patients and booking appointments with physicians. IDAs also offer preliminary diagnosis and critical primary information services.
10xDS helped delivering an automated solution to generate and issue road pass for critical employees to commute on road for complying with the mandate issued by the police department of a middle east country, to curb the spread of COVID – 19. 10xDS developed an RPA solution to help the HR & Administration department for issuing authorization letters to critical employees who are required to commute to office premises.
10xDS developed a process driven Loan Portfolio analytics & dashboard framework for Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs). NBFCs may face the challenges of lack of access to timely information in terms of portfolio status, application status, turn-around time, application ageing, salesmen performance, funding, exposure, collections and more. The solution offers insights into loan application portfolio, exposure and funding aspects, customer insights, risks, loan performance and more.
10xDS implemented an RPA solution to gather COVID 19 related facts and information from reliable sources for sharing with employees daily in the locations they are working. Pandemic situations lead to sharing of wrong information and myths among people that may lead to panic. Employers may find it overwhelming and challenging to keep track of all the locations they operate and keep their employees informed about the status. The solution helps the HR & Administration department to issue emails with data on the pandemic situation from reliable sources and websites. Bot accesses the employee database and extracts details like name, email ID and location.
