10xDS developed a CFO dashboard with management reporting solution to derive actionable insights from trial balances. It also has option for making adjustments like elimination and reclassification of entries in the trial balances. The solution is assisted by an RPA robot at the back end, which downloads the trial balances from multiple systems like Accounting application and email. The RPA robot then transforms the data and injects it to a SQL database for the analytics tool to fetch and process.

Many coordinated cyber-attacks had occurred around the world over the past two weeks which demands organisations to review their readiness to protect from advanced persistent threats (APT). APT uses continuous, stealthy, and sophisticated hacking techniques to gain access to a system and remain inside for a prolonged period of time, with potentially destructive consequences. Many Global payments companies and Money transfer companies were targeted but New Zealand’s Stock Exchange Market (NZX) was among the hardest hit as they suffered cyber-attacks for days together in a row. It was a barrage of Distributed Denial of service attacks (DDoS) affecting NZX’s servers’ availability.

10xDS delivered an automated solution for SAP Purchase Request (PR) and Service Entry (SE) creation for one of the leading Oil & Gas players in the Middle East. The process had multiple teams involved in making requests for their PR & SE creations in a middleware application which was subsequently processed in SAP by the request processing team. The client faced challenges such as the purchase requests had high ageing, the process was error-prone, manual, and required several telephonic clarifications.

10xDS automated the Alarm rationalization process for the Oil & Gas sector. The process is a systematic review and documentation of all alarmable tags in the control system with the objective of optimizing the number and quality of alarms. For these alarms, the control room operator needs to respond properly during normal operations and process upsets. The process faced a high amount of time for prioritizing alarms, and the time and resources involved in completing the process was high and with a large number of tags, the process was error-prone.

10xDS delivered an AI-based signature verification solution developed for a leading Bank in the Middle East. The solution leveraged Microsoft .Net framework on image processing along with RPA BOTs for the process-related activities. The repetitive and rule-based process required handling a large volume of signature verifications, also involving the risk of personal bias.

The solution helps understand HR functioning within recruitment for a leading retail company in the Middle East. The recruitment and attrition correlation analysis is tedious and time-consuming since the data resides in multiple employees and HR databases. Organizations tend to spend too much on certain hiring sources but hiring may not be effective. Another issue is employees leaving the organization in a short span of time, adding to the increasing recruitment cost. The attrition was not being properly analyzed based on root-cause, department, location, and others, to take corrective and preventive actions. 10xDS solution helped in data cleansing and enrichment to provide analysis in a detailed view for informed decisions.

10xDS successfully delivered an automated solution to help a multinational mid and downstream oil company streamline their Stock Reporting and Valuation Process for 11 entities of the company. The project scope was to automate Stock related reports that are both predefined as well as those which vary on a daily basis. These reports helped the Business teams to evaluate the stock and inventory reports with respect to location, supply, and transit. BOT performs the data massaging of input data and generate various output reports.

10xDS implemented an automated solution to verify the documents submitted by customers to avail loans and to process the loan application for a well-known Small Finance Bank in India. Manual validation was error-prone and time-consuming and this lengthy loan processing duration resulted in dissatisfaction from customers. This was also subject to biases from the agent which may result in noncompliance to KYC and fraud.  With the automated process, BOT logs in to the loan application portal and reads required details for loan application – Personal details, Address, Nominee Details etc. BOT accesses the supporting documents attached – Customer photo, Signature, Aadhar card, Second ID – PAN / Voter’s ID, Nominee ID and others.
